Nancy came to me wanting to build her branding for her business for grief services based in Kansas City, MO. She offers practical support like literally helping people clean out their homes when a loved one moves on. She also offers spiritual support such as guided readings and community guided share-spaces. When she came to me, she was originally unclear about what services she wanted to offer. When we looked at other grief services, they were cold and lifeless… we decided that just because someone has lost someone they love does not mean they should have to shove those feelings into a corner. We were clear on bulding a brand that was warm, gentle and kind. As she saw her vision come to life through logo process, colors, illustrations and animations, it brought her clarity on where she wanted to take the brand.
